Ingredients

  • 50ml Sloe Gin
  • 200ml Purdey's Edge
  • 1 Fresh Wedge of Lemon
  • Ice Cubes

Method

1. Half-fill a highball glass with ice
2. Add 50ml sloe gin 
3. Top with Purdey's Edge 
4. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lemon
