Ingredients

  • 10ml Cream Sherry
  • 10ml Gin
  • 20ml Brandy
  • 40ml Dark Rum
  • 20ml Britvic Pineapple Juice
  • 20ml Britvic Orange Juice
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Teisseire Almond Syrup
  • Maraschino Cherry
  • Orange Peel
  • Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Pour everything except the rum into the shaker
  2. Add the ice cubes and shake well
  3. For a great serve, get a long strip of orange peel, and stretch up along the inside of a long glass
  4. Pour the shaken ingredients into the glass
  5. Gently pour in the rum so it floats
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
