Purdey's Mojito

Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 20ml Purdey's Edge
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • 125ml Mint Leaves
  • 1 Fresh Wedge of Lemon
  • Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Half-fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add the gin, lime juice and fresh mint leaves
  3. Top with Purdey’s Edge
  4. Garnish with mint leaves and fresh wedge of lemon
