Ingredients

  • 50ml Gin
  • 165ml Purdey's
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Fresh Wedge of Lemon
  • 1 Cucumber Peel
  • Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Half-fill a lowball glass with ice
  2. Pour in the Purdey's and the gin
  3. Add in mint leaves 
  4. Garnish with the lemon wedge and cucumber peel
