Elba Sour

Ingredients

  • 20ml Cherry Brandy
  • 20ml Cognac
  • 20ml Britvic Bitter Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Purdey's
  • 20ml Egg White
  • Star Anise

Method

1. Add the cherry brandy, cognac and lemon juice to a coupe
2. Add the beaten egg white and serve straight up in a coupe and give it a Purdey's halo 
3. Garnish with star anise
